Welcome to my culinary journey!

 

From the vibrant streets of Ulaanbaatar to the bustling markets of Bangkok, my love for diverse foods knows no bounds. Growing up in a multicultural environment, I was exposed to a plethora of flavors and ingredients that ignited my passion for exploring the world through food. Whether it's indulging in Panang curry or savoring the delicate flavors of Japanese sushi, I'm always on a quest to discover new taste sensations that tantalize the senses.

 

My fascination with cooking and baking began at a young age, as I eagerly watched my Ukrainian “aunt” Lydia whip up mouthwatering dishes in her cozy kitchen. Inspired by her skillful techniques and unwavering creativity, I embarked on my own culinary experiments, armed with pots, pans, and a voracious appetite for learning. From mastering the art of baking fluffy French pastries in 9th grade to perfecting the intricacies of traditional Indian curries, each culinary endeavor became a stepping stone in my culinary evolution.

 

Fuelled by a deep-rooted belief that food should nourish both the body and the soul, I am committed to crafting plant-based dishes that strike the perfect balance between health and indulgence. Drawing inspiration from nature's bounty, I harness the power of fresh, seasonal ingredients to create wholesome meals that are as nutritious as they are delicious. Whether its crafting vibrant salads bursting with color or concocting hearty soups brimming with flavour, I believe that eating well should never mean compromising on taste.
